This delicious cornbread recipe is easy to make and has incredible texture! It pairs perfectly with our Maple Beef and Bacon Chili. I love mine sliced in half and topped with butter and local honey from Hiwire Honeybees. For the cornmeal I recommend Bob's Red Mill Medium Grind Cornmeal and for the flour I recommend Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached All Purpose Flour. You can also make this recipe into muffins instead of a bread! Just be sure to shorten the baking time to approximately 15 minutes.
