Our pigs are raised on our 234-acre farm in Camillus, NY from weaning to market weight. They are fed a diet of nutritionally balanced hog mash, hay and forage, and corn for a great finish. We do not feed scraps to our pigs! Our pigs are raised in small groups with plenty of room to stretch their legs and engage in their natural rooting behavior. As a general practice we do not use antibiotics for our animals, but on the rare occasion an animal gets sick we will administer antibiotics to ensure the best quality of life for our pigs. We raise our animals to the highest standard of care and you will taste and see the difference in the quality of our pork!

Halves and Wholes: Pork
Half and whole pigs are available for purchase at $5.50 per pound hanging weight. This includes meat and basic processing fees. Additional charges will apply per pound of sausage and smoked meats selected. These items require additional processing by the butcher and are billed to us accordingly, and will be added to your final amount due in addition to the hanging weight price.
All pork is custom butchered, USDA inspected, vacuum sealed, and frozen. A deposit of $250 per half is required to reserve your pork.
The hanging weight of each individual animal will vary depending on the size of the animal, and processing fees will vary based on your cut sheet selections. For basic processing of an average sized hog you should expect to pay around $500 for a half and $1000 for a whole.
